We have a mutual appreciation and consideration for the environment that surrounds us. From our wood chip boiler to waste recycling, we ensure we are taking the necessary steps to nurture our habitat and be eco-conscious. Many of these steps will be noticeable front of house for our guests to observe but are primarily carried out behind the scenes, to ensure a truthful and organic approach to sustainability.
Scottish history and culture is certainly compelling so it is important for us to remember our heritage by carefully integrating our roots into the hotel’s ethos. Our Station Road Restaurant is a prime example of doing just that with our Head Chef, Sean Kelly designing menus to reflect our surroundings. Our kitchen team forage and grow ingredients on site which brings added respect for each element on the plate.
Each department works in unison to create a magical experience for our guests.
