Are you a chef? Be a part of unique case study
6 chefs have the chance to be part of a unique case study that will identify the key common attributes of high performance chefs. All you have to do to enter is answer these following questions:
- So far in your career, what has been your most proud professional moment?
- What do you consider to be your standout leadership quality?
- What do you need to develop, personally or professionally, to be an even better leader?
The lucky winner of this competition will be involved in a chef leadership case study to be hosted by The Judgement Index, The Lovat Loch Ness and Station Road.
The Judgement Index are a company who specialise in leadership development, working with organisations to build high performing teams with outstanding culture and values. They’ve spent many years developing best practices from a variety of environments including sport, military, academic and business and have worked with some incredible organisations.
The Judgement Index will be used as part of analysis, offering a track record like no other assessment in the world. Given the 45 years of research and Nobel Prize nomination behind it, The Judgement Index is the most refined and powerful assessment ever created for measuring values based behaviour and capacity for good judgement.
The assessment is taken on-line, is very abstract in its design and virtually impossible to cheat. The outcome help to support development strategies, team cohesion and reduce the risk of hiring poor quality staff who do not fit with the values and capability of a team. When teams work with JI, they gain the deepest review possible of their own values based behaviour, potential for risk and how to focus on the fine margin action that will take a team from good to outstanding.
Their services are not for the fainthearted or those who just want to talk about elite performance. Having spent many years refining analysis techniques and training for many high quality organisations there is no room in the training for cuddly coaching. Be prepared to be moved!
A combined day in-depth analyses of value based behaviour and values along with cutting edge leadership and team cohesion workshops designed to utilise the genius in you, raising awareness to specific barriers to performance and developing key strategies to create a high performance culture.
1 day workshop, lunch, refreshments, 1 night accommodation bed & breakfast at The Lovat Loch Ness with a 5 course dining experience in Station Road – date to be confirmed based on winners’ availability and alcohol not included.
The Judgement Index delivery team will focus on leadership and team cohesion and will be led by Rob Coulthard who will bring the best practice and lessons learned from a variety of Word class performers and teams that have come from sectors including Military, sports, academia, health and corporate businesses, such as: The Major Projects Association; Yale Institute of Excellence; Mayo Clinic; Loughborough University; Lloyds of London; Holiday Inn; Sony; Siemens; UK Military; HSBC; Red Bull Extreme Athletes; and various national UK and USA sports to name a few.
