New Tasting Menu
The kitchen team are excited to announce the new tasting menu that will be available from today, Tuesday, 12th February 2019, 7:00pm – 8:30pm at 55.00 per person and is also available over Valentine’s.
Below is a sample of what will be on offer, as Sean takes you on a journey of some classic Scottish dishes and ingredients with incredible tastes, textures and presentation that will showcase some of the best produce in the Scottish Highlands.
The menu will offer some ‘bites’, bread and then 4 courses, with an optional cheese course and tea, coffee.

Our accompanying drinks flight is at 40.00 per person.
Please note that the tasting menu is not suitable for those with dairy intolerant nor vegan diets – our a la carte menu can cater for these requirements.
If you have a vegetarian or pescatarian diet then 48hrs notice is required for our kitchen to prepare a menu accordingly.
The tasting menu is available for tables of 8 guests or less.
