Traditionally called the ‘wedding breakfast’ as the first meal to be eaten after the ceremony, choosing the right combination for you is an important element of the day and our kitchen can certainly create some inspirational dishes for you and your guests – whether fair, fancy or flamboyant.

Canapés are not essential but can offer your guests a lovely interlude between ceremony & main meal.  The wedding breakfast can be a standing/seated buffet or a seated meal to suit your requirements and if you choose to have some entertainment then this can be followed by an evening buffet or light bites of wedding cake and cheese.
