Scotland has some of the finest ingredients in the UK and we capitalise on this wealth of culinary resources. From freshly caught Scottish seafood to locally reared meat, The Lovat proudly showcases a diverse menu in both the Lovat Brasserie and the main Restaurant.
The Restaurant offers a more finer dining culinary experience within an informal yet professional atmosphere. Our set Restaurant menu changes daily, showcasing the team’s foraged products such as chanterelles, wild fruit & herbs. We have also established excellent relationships with local Scottish suppliers, especially in and around the Loch Ness area.

The Brasserie balances a relaxed dining atmosphere with an urban feel. Its modern décor and laid-back music captures a mood that’s bespoke to the Highlands, with quieter alcoves with an open plan seating and dining area merging with the bar.
