The menu is carefully chosen to promote the changing seasons with an acute emphasis on flavour, style & creativity and showcases the team’s foraged products such as chanterelles, wild fruit & herbs.

The Brasserie balances a relaxed dining atmosphere with an urban feel. Its modern décor and laid-back music captures a mood that’s bespoke to the Highlands, with quieter alcoves with an open plan seating and dining area merging with the bar, that holds more than 120 whiskies as well as offering some excellent cocktails and over 30 Scottish gins.
