Employee of April
Congratulations go to our star employee of April – Holly Williams.
Holly started at the hotel in September 2018 as an apprentice in Apprenticeship in Hospitality Scotland. She is now in her 2nd rotation, moving from Housekeeping to Food & Beverage in April 2019. Her next rotation will be Kitchen then to Front Office.
Holly has excelled in this new department and this is what management has to say about her and her work:
“Holly is dependable, organised, efficient, reliable and works well alone or in a team, even under pressure. She is a good communicator and handles events, in particular being a key member of the team at the recent wedding. Holly is an unassuming individual who uses logic and common sense in her job role. Nothing phases her and although comes across as shy, she is definitely not (!) – happy to say something when she feels it is not right or to improve on what is currently being done. Holly has a dry sense of humour – often needed when dealing with the kitchen (!) and is taking on more responsibility in her role, which management are pleased to witness.”
